Training Approach

Objectives

Provide Professional Advantage and personalise learning and development plans through
these exclusive Courses for all levels of Management.

Methodology

The courses provide instruction through an interactive, comfortable learning experience that
creates opportunities to improve skills and adjust behaviours. Integral to the courses are
input sessions for understanding the Gap analysis, formulating the training program,
interactive company specified exercises, group activity, case studies, role plays, an
assessment, games, hands on sessions (technical Programs) follow up session after one
month, refresher course as applicable.

Duration

The duration for Business behaviourial skills is specific to the program and varies from one
to six days.

The Technical Programs duration will be specific to requirement.
