This document summarizes Africa between 400-1450 AD. It notes that most history from this period comes from oral tradition rather than written records. It describes how the Sahara desert divided northern and southern Africa. It discusses some of the major empires that rose and fell in this period, including influences from the Roman Empire and spread of Christianity. The following text is a response sent to an email dispatched to me by the Chairman of the exiled Oromo Parliamentarians who struggle for the Independence and Self-determination of the 5 millennia long Kushitic Ethiopian Nation of the Oromos. The Hamitic - Kushitic Oromo Nation - due to criminal, inhuman and evil persecution conceived by the colonial powers (France, England and America) and executed by the colonially promoted barbaric and incestuous pseudo-Christian Abyssinians - lost their kingdoms and were engulfed within the Cemetery of Nations Fake Ethiopia, which consists in the world's most tyrannical realm and the location of the world's more abhorrent, more enduring, and more multifaceted genocides. There are more than 45 million Oromos in Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia) and Kenya today, despite the notorious and pathetic falsehood propagated by Wikipedia. The present text enumerates all the major points of historical distortion and falsification carried out and diffused by the colonial academia, mass media, and diplomats, as well as by their local agents and criminal executioners, i.e. the barbaric, incestuous and Anti-Christian tribes of Amhara and Tigray (: the Abyssinians), who usurped the fair name of Ethiopia, which historically denotes the land of North Sudan and the Kushitic Nation that prospered there either in the Antiquity or in the Christian Era. Both, the Oromos and the Arabic-speaking (but not Arab) populations of Northern-Central Sudan are the descendants of Ancient Sudan's (i.e. Ancient Ethiopia's) Kushitic populations.

Demand the immediate removal of the African Union headquarters from the cenotaph of Addis Ababa, and utterly request that no tyranny be ever a place for African leaders to meet and deliberate!
Postulate that Africans should give priority to human rights, democracy and freedom over political realism, governmental prerequisites and amoral choices!
Explain that by virtue of their valuable and painful historical experience Africans should definitely and unquestionably castigate all acts of political dictatorship, ethnic racism, cultural discrimination, usurpation of ethnic names, and renaming of places and cities following invasions.
Leave therefore your name to the posterity as that of a Great African who had the courage to say:
- African Union headquarters must be removed from Addis Ababa now, and they should return to Finfinne, only when the Amhara / Tigray invaders are expelled!

To better understand the situation, one has to examine combined data as regards the various nations and the religious groups of Abyssinia. The ruling Abyssinian tribes are mainly the Amhara and the Tigray, who amount to ca. 30% of the entire population. The rest (70% of the country´s entire population) are either Cushitic (Oromos, Ogadenis, Sidamas, Afars, Kaffas, Kambatas, Hadiya, Agaw, and Shekachos) or Nilo-Saharan (Anuak).
It would however be erroneous to consider the aforementioned figures without further analysis; the oppressed Cushitic and Nilo-Saharan nations follow different religions, either traditional African religions or Islam and Christianity (the latter preached mainly through Western, Catholic and Protestant missionaries). The Abyssinian Amharas and Tigrays are either Monophysitic (heretic Christians) or Muslims. Muslims make ca. 40% of the Abyssinians. Viewed by the Monophysitic Abyssinian elite and people as historical enemies and as renegades, they have been terribly oppressed, perhaps more than the Cushitic nations.
We can thus draw the conclusion that the Monophysitic Abyssinians represent approximately 18% of the country´s total population, and rule invariably discriminating and tyrannizing the Abyssinian Muslims and all the subjugated Cushitic and Nilo-Saharan nations. If we compare this figure to those given for other cases of despotic regimes, notably Milosevic´s Yugoslavia and Saddam Hussein´s Iraq, we realize that nothing was more unrepresentative and more totalitarian, more discriminatory and more tyrannical than the colonial state of ´Ethiopia´.
Decolonizing the African Mind: Further Analysis and Strategy by Dr. Uhuru Hotep RBG Communiversity
The central objective in decolonizing the African mind is to overthrow the authority which alien traditions exercise over the African. This demands the dismantling of white supremacist beliefs, and the structures which uphold them, in every area of African life. It must be stressed, however, that decolonization does not mean ignorance of foreign traditions; it simply means denial of their authority and withdrawal of allegiance from them.-Chinweizu-

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

2. Most African history of this period was “ oral history .” There are few written records of events or people. Is oral history reliable to modern historians?
3. Africa was (and is) divided by the Sahara desert . The Southern people in the Sahel saw Northern people as “bidan” (white). There were cultural divisions, too.
4. This period is characterized by the rise and fall of regional empires such as Nubia, Kush, Axum, Ghana, and Mali.
5. The Roman Empire had extended into Africa and some Roman culture remained. Many African empires became Christian . Unfortunately, this made Africa more complex.
6. Imagine the Kingdom of Nubia, near Egypt. They had divisions of race (bidan or black), religion (Christian or tribal), language (Xhosa, Kordofan, Bantu, etc…), and place of origin (Egypt, Sahel, or Nubia). Confused?
7. People divided themselves into: Nubian Christian Xhosa Bidan, Nubian tribal Xhosa Bidan, Nubian Christian Kordofanian Bidan, Nubian tribal Kordofanian Bidan, Nubian Christian Xhosa black, Nubian tribal Xhosa black, Nubian Christian Kordofanian black… See where this is going?
8. There were 256 different groups in Nubia alone! No wonder empires would rise and fall. People were also loyal to their tribes, dividing into different groups that hated each other for no good reason (like a gang mentality.)
9. Nations were not characterized by borders, but by who represented which empire. Boundaries could move on a daily basis. They were geographic expressions more than they were countries.
10. One of the reasons for constant fighting in Africa in this period was the introduction of Islam to Africa.
11. “ I swear by that who holds in His Hands the Soul of Muhammad! I indeed wish to go to war for the sake of Allah! I will assault and kill, assault and kill, assault and kill.”- The Charter of the Hamas In Muslim law , it is OK to have slaves if those slaves are not Muslim. So slavery begins to increase among Islamic Africans by taking Christian captives in war .
13. Slavery in Africa was practiced by Africans on Africans. Europeans found the system useful 1000 years later.
14. Like Europe, Africa experiences little progress in science, society, or art during the medieval period (400-1450). The big difference is that when Europe comes out of the middle ages , they use their progress to take over most of Africa.
