This research was aimed at describing how is the model of educational character in High School Al-Istiqamah Simpang Empat, West Pasaman, West Sumatera and what strategy that was used by High School Al-Istiqamah to keep the quality outputs which have character, then this research became a model in organizing educational character related to the sustainable development and capacity human building. To get the aim of the research, the researcher used qualitative ethnography methodology. This study carried out on the condition of natural and cultural nature, it is more descriptive, it emphasis on the process rather than the product or outcome, data analysis conducted inductively, and further emphasize the significance (data behind the observed). The techniques of collecting data consisted of interviewing, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The model of educational character was (1) religious; (2) moderate; (3) smart; and (4) independent. The Strategy which was done to keep the output was forming the school’s culture such behavior, tradition, daily life, and symbols which were applied by all members of school and society around school.

The paper reviews literature which supports the position that culture is a contributor to economic activities of a nation, and by extension entrepreneurship. The paper identifies and explains cultural factors, attributes and variables considered important to entrepreneurship. The particular cultural values and forces which impact Nigerian entrepreneurship are also discussed. The conclusion is that the identified cultural values and practices can inhibit the evolution of an entrepreneurial culture in Nigeria. Based on the above, the paper recommends a change in values and mindset so as to enable both a high entrepreneurial behaviour and culture in Nigeria.

Education and Modernization A Comparative Study of Two Villages of Indiaijtsrd
Contemporary education, which is an agent of modernization in various forms, is also of the Western origin. Modern education has a fundamentally different orientation and organization.The present study aims to measure the modernization among two groups of Adolescents one belonging to school going students and belongs to Non School going students. However, the study revealed that school going students differ significantly from their Non school going students counterparts on modernization level, as the school going students were found to be higher on the level of modernization and other components. Education and modernization are closely linked and as it is well fact that knows Education is the main instrument of change in all fields of life. Using the in depth interview research method, this study examines bureaucracy and citizen journalism by giving a cursory attention to the issues and challenges of the practice in Nigeria. A sample of 30 respondents who cut across the six geo political zones of the country was interviewed via online medium to give answers to the research objectives. Among the questions posed was to ascertain the influence of citizen journalism on professional media practice. Findings showed that bureaucracy is a constraint to efficient administration in media practice as well as altering the news content which has a damning effect on public interest. The study also discovered that adherence to bureaucracy in media practice can save the hot and exuberant reporter. Citizen journalism was also found to be unprocessed material, hence, unfit for public consumption. The study recommended the use of gate keeping in the practice of citizen journalism as well as adherence to rules and regulations. With the rapid development of the economy, the development of enterprises has already shown a pattern of diversified development. More and more enterprises have gone abroad, and many foreign-funded enterprises have come to China for development. All these have brought a lot of opportunities for economic development at home and abroad. According to the course materials, I notice that the necessity of corporate intercultural adaptation. Intercultural communication is the study and practice of communication across cultural contexts (Bennet). Intercultural communication is a way to deal with relations among individuals from these gatherings that focus on the acknowledgment and regard of social contrasts, looks for the objective of common adjustment prompting biculturalism as opposed to straightforward osmosis, and supports the improvement of intercultural affectability with respect to people and associations to empower empathic understanding and equipped coordination of activity across social contrasts (Bennet). Based on the presentations and case analysis, adapting intercultural is the process of positive change in order to adapt to a new culture. This process can involve changing someone's beliefs and attitudes, knowledge, and skills. In cross-border trade, companies come into contact with people with different cultural backgrounds. These people often use different languages and have different customs and styles. These differences often lead to trouble. The external cultural features include language and eating habits, while the internal cultural features include beliefs, attitudes, and values. Successful acculturation includes adhering to the original values, customs, and beliefs while actively respecting the new culture and treating the two cultures fairly and unbiased.
All in all, what I learned from course, presentation and case analysis is, business leaders should recognize the cultural differences in foreign trade, attach importance to the cultivation of employees' intercultural adaptability and the improvement of their intercultural communication skills. Due to the acceleration of globalization, the cross-cultural adaptability of an enterprise is particularly important for its development, the organizations and companies should identify cultural differences and develop cultural identity.

The influence of cultural norms and home values on an individual's personality and life adjustment can manifest in various ways. An individual's personality is shaped by a complex interplay of biological and experiential factors, with the latter being significantly influenced by cultural elements. One prominent avenue through which cultural values impact personality is in the cultural conditioning of child-rearing practices. When a child is born, it not only relies on the care and support of family members but also lacks the necessary behavioral knowledge required to function within a human society. It depends on innate biological instincts like hunger and the care provided by elders to fulfill these basic needs. To survive and thrive, a human infant must acquire the skills, knowledge, and societal norms specific to the culture into which it is born. Thus, cultural values are deliberately instilled in the members of a society. For a society to function effectively, these shared cultural values must be passed down through generations, primarily through child-rearing practices within homes. Nigeria, characterized by its diverse cultural backgrounds, value systems, and numerous ethnic groups, has distinct child-rearing practices that transmit these values and norms to successive generations. This paper examines the role of culture in shaping an individual's character and emphasizes that education, when coupled with values, is crucial. Education serves as a potent tool for fostering desirable character traits, and it must be refocused to continue producing individuals with strong moral values and responsible character.
