charge of your life.
Define what do you
want more time for!
So, what do YOU want?

Outcome but it is What You Want,

• increase work productivity,
• improve my personal relationship
• lose 10kgs
• pay off my debts
Hint: Focus on what you want
and need most in your life.
And then write it down

Make a list of
everything, ALL ofyour
tasks, that you have to
get done to achieve
your goal/outcome

Rank these tasks in
order of their
importance from 1 to 5
1 being most important;
5 being least important

Step # 3
Indicate whether you
would be better off
completing the task
during a high energy
period of the day e.g.
9am, or a low energy
period e.g. 3pm

Decide which tasks
you can delegate to
someone else and
pass them on.
