This document provides an estimate of construction costs for residential buildings of different sizes and structures. It gives material and labor rates to estimate costs for single-story and double-story load-bearing structures from 30-300 square meters. Specific costs are given for a 75 square meter single-story building and an 80 square meter building. Construction costs include estimates for materials like bricks, cement, sand, aggregates, as well as labor costs for masons, carpenters, painters and other workers. Additional costs are allotted for water supply, plumbing, drains and electrical wiring. Total construction costs per square foot are provided.
