2. Texas Campus STaR Chart
• The Campus chart is a tool used for planning and
assessing school technology and readiness.
• It’s origin is based on the four key areas of the Texas
Long-Range Plan for Technology 2006-2020.
• The four key areas include: Teaching and Learning;
Educator Preparation and Development;
Leadership, Administration and Instructional Support;
and Infrastructure for Technology.

• Measure student and teacher proficiency in

development focused on technology

7. Harlem’s Technology Improvement
Plan
• Meet with CAC to discuss professional
development opportunities for the campus
staff
• Establish mentor’s within the campus that
can assist other staff members with
technology integration

include technology goals.
