Joshua L. Tuttle The first interrogation we watched in class was that of a 20 year old named Joshua
Tuttle. Mr. Tuttle was being charged with attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was
messaging and supposed to be meeting up with a girl named Jesse who he thought was 13 or 14.
Joshua was the focus of a sting operation and has been featured on the television program To Catch a
Predator . When we picked up on the interrogation, Joshua was sitting across the table from the

lighter weight class in their respective sport. Some of the methods used to reach a lower desired body
weight include low calorie diets, deliberate dehydration, and saunas (Oppliger, 2003). These methods
have been shown to decrease strength and power, overall health, physiological function, water
balance, electrolytes, glycogen and lean body mass in athletes (Oppliger, 1996).
If athletes could utilize a diet that would avoid these negative side effects but still allow them to reach
their desired weight goal, all while maintaining their strength, power and lean mass this could be a
truly useful method to allow peak performance during competition. One of the sports where
maintaining muscular size, and definition while decreasing body fat is extremely important is
bodybuilding (Slater, 2011). One of the more popular methods for bodybuilders to do this is by using a
very low carbohydrate ketogenic diet (VLCKD).
VLCKD is a diet in which the daily carbohydrate intake is less than 30 grams a day. This restriction

We are all aware of the physical and emotional changes brought about by adolescence. It is something
we all experience, especially on a mental stage which may make us question everything. This is the
exact time in his life that writer and holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel was put through the destruction of
six million jews along with millions of other people in europe under the iron fist of Nazi germany. We
can see him mature and adapt throughout his journey from the ghettos to concentration camps like

That said the Bratzis were a little hard to swallow due just how ludicrous they are. To the point where
