Chimpanzees are endangered primates that live in parts of Africa. They have brownish black fur, are 4-5 feet tall, weigh 70-130 pounds, and eat fruits, plants, insects, eggs and meat. Chimpanzees live in families, give birth to one baby at a time, and the mothers carry their young for two years. They make nests to sleep in and use tools to gather food.
