Jenna wrote an article about sea lions that contains several sections. Sea lions can stay underwater for 10-15 minutes, swim up to 25 mph to escape predators, and males can be several times larger than females. Young sea lions, called pups, are born with their eyes open ready to nurse milk high in fat to help them grow. Sea lions live on rocky coastlines and beaches and eat various fish, squid, and octopus. Their tracks resemble a belly drag as they pull themselves across sand with their flippers. California sea lions are often seen in shows and have three claws on each flipper. Most sea lions live in warm waters off the coasts of California and Mexico.
15-20 million seahorses are caught and many millions more are traded around the world every year. Seahorses are in high demand for Aquarium Display, Traditional Medicines, Curious and Souvenirs. Being a human being you can save them and becomes a friend of the sea.

This is a presentation about Sea Turtles. It describes each type of turtle and explains why they are an endangered species. It also includes recent pictures taken of a Sea Turtle release at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, Florida. The health of thousands of turtles was compromised by the record cold gulf temperatures in Florida in January 2010, causing the Sea Turtles to stop moving and swimming. The Florida State Wildlife Conservation Commission and other many other groups of professionals and volunteers teamed together to warm the turtles, return them to health, then release them back into the wild. This presentation describes ways to help Sea Turtles increase their numbers and provides resources for further study.

Epistemic Interaction - tuning interfaces to provide information for AI supportAlan Dix
Paper presented at SYNERGY workshop at AVI 2024, Genoa, Italy. 3rd June 2024
https://alandix.com/academic/papers/synergy2024-epistemic/
As machine learning integrates deeper into human-computer interactions, the concept of epistemic interaction emerges, aiming to refine these interactions to enhance system adaptability. This approach encourages minor, intentional adjustments in user behaviour to enrich the data available for system learning. This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation. Through concrete examples, we demonstrate the potential of epistemic interaction to significantly advance human-computer interaction by leveraging intuitive human communication strategies to inform system design and functionality, offering a novel pathway for enriching user-system engagements.

Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

"Impact of front-end architecture on development cost", Viktor TurskyiFwdays
I have heard many times that architecture is not important for the front-end. Also, many times I have seen how developers implement features on the front-end just following the standard rules for a framework and think that this is enough to successfully launch the project, and then the project fails. How to prevent this and what approach to choose? I have launched dozens of complex projects and during the talk we will analyze which approaches have worked for me and which have not.

2. About the Author
Hi my name is Jenna and I’m
going to tell you about myself.
My favorite movie is Flight 29
Down. My favorite song is
“Incredible.” Also my favorite
sport is Volleyball.
I’m writing about the sea lion
because some of them are
getting transmitters put into their
backs because they keep eating
the fish that the fishermen fish for
and they are mad. Also they are
cute.
3. Who am I?
My animal is a Sea Lion and it
can stay under water for ten
to fifteen minutes at a time.
Sea Lions are great swimmers
too, and can get as fast as
25 miles per hour for a short
amount of time. This helps
Sea Lions escape from their
enemies: Killer Whales, and
sharks. Male Sea lions can be
several times as big as a
female Sea Lion. Also the
bump on the Male’s head is
called a “crest.”
4. The Early Years
Young Sea Lions are called
pups and they are born with
their eyes open and they are
born in June or July. Also
their stomach is ready for it’s
mother’s milk. The milk has a
lot of fat and this helps the
pup grow the blubber to
keep it warm. At just a few
weeks old Sea Lion pups are
ready for their first swimming
and fishing lessons. They also
must learn how to stay away
from sharks and to survive
storms at sea.
5. Habitat Sweet Habitat
Sea Lions live on rocky and
sandy beaches of coastal
islands and mainland shores.
They may go to some
sandbars, sheltered caves,
pools, and structures such as
piers, and buoys.
6. What’s on the Menu?
Sea Lions eat octopus, squid,
and all different kinds of fish
like anchovies, salmon, and
other fish. In captivity they
are usually fed smelt and
herring. Wild Sea Lions often
feed fairly eating 5% to 8% of
their body weight each day,
which is between 15-35
pounds of food.
7. Making Tracks
Sea Lion tracks look kind of
like the tracks to the side. The
middle part is the stomach
that drags along because
the Sea Lion’s flippers dig into
the sand and pulls the body
along the sand until it gets to
the water or to the place it
wants to go.
8. Simply Irresistible
The California Sea Lions are
the sea lions seen in animal
shows or circuses. A group of
sea lions is called a raft. Also
sea lions are usually different
shades of brown. Males are
usually darker than females.
9. Where in the World?
Most Sea Lions live in North
America, along the coast of
Mexico. Also they like it
where it’s warm and they like
hanging out on beaches
along the coast of California
and Mexico.
10. Did you know?
Sea Lions are pregnant for
1.
10 to 11 months.
Sea Lions are known to
2.
feed on seals.
Sea Lions weigh 12 to 14
3.
pounds at birth.
Sea Lions have ear flaps,
4.
Seals do not.
11. Fun Fact!
Sea Lions have three claws
on the back of each flipper.
