Needle Lock Stitch (SNLS) Sewing Machine.
Introduction: Main shaft is the most important element for a sewing machine. Hand
wheel attached with the main shaft. Oil circulation within the machine is done by the
help of main shaft. All the gear is rotate by the help of main shaft. Feed dogs pulling
fabric, needle up and down all thing is done by the help of main shaft.
Objective:
 To know about main shaft.
 To know about the problem and solution.
 To know about different parts which are related to main shaft.
 To gaining knowledge about main shaft.

Gear: Rotate the oil pump.

3. Working procedure: Main shaft is like the backbone of sewing machine. To assembly the
main shaft firstly we have to need four thing controbet, collar, gear & handwheel. Adjusting
the main shaft we have to see the screw which is in the side of needle bar. Then we have to
adjust the hand wheel with the main shaft by tighten two screw. After adjust hand wheel
we have to send main shaft to assentric cam then main shaft pass by the oil fixing gear then
we have to fix the collar. After entering the three component we have to adjust the
controbet.
Conclusion: Main shaft is very important component for sewing machine. If we can not
adjust main shaft properly, machine can not run. Machine face many problem like oil
circulation problem.
