The proposal is for an earthquake survival video game meant to entertain players. The game would involve surviving an earthquake and its aftermath. Research into earthquake backgrounds from around the world would be incorporated into the game. To avoid offending players, the game would not include any offensive material and would restrict younger players from playing through a viewing discretion message. All content in the game would be uniquely designed to avoid copyright issues.

There will be no offensive material in my game and it won’t affect any religions and races. I can tell
that I won’t offend anybody because my game doesn’t include any certain type of people and it
doesn’t include anything important from the real world. To stop any younger viewers playing the
game that aren’t of age I will include a viewing discretion at the beginning of the game. Everything
in my game is unique and designed and created by myself therefore there won’t be any copyright
issues
