4. a2 media evaluation reece stewart
1. What have you learned from
audience feedback?
From my audience feedback I have learnt that for this type of narrative in this
genre, mainly males watched the video. I have learnt that the majority of the
audience find the video good to look at, and 90% say that it does reflect its genre
of music.
The audience think the effects used on the video were used to a good extent, not
under or overused & the lip-syncing was done to a good standard. However, the
audience did not think our artist was enthusiastic enough for our music video, this
is something we will discuss and reflect on when talking about the way we
constructed the representation of our artist.
Lastly, I learnt from the audience feedback that the editing techniques used in the
video were good enough to keep the audience interested throughout. It was good
to get feedback like that as varying various things e.g. shots, clips was something
we worked quite hard on to make sure the audience was not bored after watching
a couple minutes of the music video.
