examples where you had a short fuse.
 Being to elaborate, particularly in
emails. You are more effective when
you keep things short and sweet.
 Do not feel passed by or attacked but
trust your added value

 Listening & giving positively critical feedback in difficult
conversations

– You are able to switch between roles HR / Coach
– In emotional conversations, you still are able to react positively critical
when needed

 How to organize / automate your work smarter: time vs
effectiveness
– Concentrate on matters that add value and try to minimize
administrative tasks
 Count up to 10
– You can be explosive / emotional when you have too much
work
– Stay professional
– If you have a structural problem, then organize a solution
 Try to grab the role of sparring partner more. You have a lot
of knowledge of which we can benefit and your coaching
skills are very valuable. You are already taking a lot of
initiative.

 Ethical & Justice: You are a kind of conscience and
‘balance keeper’. This creates a sense of honesty and
security ... .. conditions for ‘action’.
 It’s nice talking with you: You can listen very well and
can also relativize things when someone needs it.
 Creative / Stimulating: You are full of ideas and
initiative. Perhaps there is not enough space at work
to really get the benefit out of it, but the ‘FRISS-as-a-
person’ meetings opened my eyes, for example, and
made a significant contribution to the position of the
entire company (not just on the recruitment side)

 Messy: You see the trunk line super sharp. But on
details you make sloppy mistakes. After that, you
always correct them yourself. But this will cost you
extra time and energy.
 Impact: You may be more demanding. You have
enough communication styles to achieve the desired
effect ... .. but not when your head is steamed up
already 
 Time Management: ‘Said the best planner ever ’

This creates a sense of honesty and security ... .. conditions for ‘action’.  It’s nice talking with you: You can listen very well and can also relativize things when someone needs it.  Creative / Stimulating: You are full of ideas and initiative. Perhaps there is not enough space at work to really get the benefit out of it, but the ‘FRISS-as-a- person’ meetings opened my eyes, for example, and made a significant contribution to the position of the entire company (not just on the recruitment side)
