Almost three-fourth of the earth is water. We should conserve and save water so as to protect the water environment.

• Earth is unique due to its abundant water - in
oceans, rivers, ponds, atmosphere, glaciers,
fresh water/ground water

• Due to salt content, it can not be used. Process
of removal of salt is very expensive.
