3. NUMBERS OF PLAYERS
 In the rugby are 15 or 7 players in each group.

4. WHEN HAVE LESS OR MORE PLAYERS
 A Union can authorize the game less to 15 players in each team, but the
teams is minimum 5 players in each team for play.
 If a team have more players than the other team, the referee order the
other team captain to reduce the players and play again.

5. THE SUBSTITUTES
 The team can have until 8 substitutes.
 The organizer of the game decide the maximum substitution in this
game until a maximum 8 substitutes.
 A team can substitutes 3 player of the first line and 5 players of other
players.
 The substitution only can do when the ball is death and the permission
of the referee.

6. THE PERMANENT SUBSTITUTION
 In the national match, a players mustn't substitute, only if the doctor
see is a lesion.

7. TEMPORAL SUBSTITUTION
 The player can substitute temporarily a other player if he have lose a lot
of blood in a wound. But the player must enter the field when the
wound has controlled. If the player not enter in the field before the 15
minutes, the player in the field is a definitive player.
 In the international match, the doctor decide if the wound is bloody
and require a temporal substitute.

8. ADDITIONAL CLOTHES
 The players can use a protections clothes makes with elastics materials.
 A player can use:
shin guard
ankle support
fingerless glove
shoulder pad
oral protection

9. ADDITIONAL CLOTHES YOU CAN USE
 A player can’t use elements if is stained with blood, elements with zips,
jewels, gloves and communication mechanism.

10. TIME OF MATCH
 The matches have 80 minutes plus extra time.
 The matches has a two parts of 40 minutes.

11. INTERMISSION IN THE MATCH
 The intermission in the match is the maximum 15 minutes

12. ADDITIONAL TIME
 The match can last more than 80 minutes if the referee authorized the
match a additional time in tie match for eliminatory tourney.

13. THE ADVANTAGE
 Only the referee can decide if a team has win or not the advantage

14. Value of points Points
Try: When the attacker player is the first in support the ball in the in goal 5 points
Try Penal: if the opponent make a foul play, and the attacker probably make a Try 5 points
Conversion: A Try scored for a player right to try score making a kick to a goal 2 points
Goal the penal 3 points
Drop Goal 3 points
