3. OUTSIDE AGENTS
It refers to anyone who isn't in the official list of the players, substitutes or team official,
as is the case of the player who has been expelled. If an external agent goes into the
football pitch, the referee has the following obligations:
Interrupt the football match.
Before, he should be isolated the player of the football pitch and surroundings
immediately.

4. TEAM OFFICIALS

Stop play
Caution the player for entering the field of play without permission
Order the player to leave the field of play if it is necessary
6. In the case of the referee has had stopped the

7. SUBSTITUTE OR SUBSTITUTED PLAYER
If a substitute or a substituted player enters the field of play without permission, the
referee could behave in the following way:

The player must leave the field of play
If the referee stops playing, it must be restarted with an indirect free kick for the
opposing team from the position of the ball when play was stopped.
