This document provides instructions for using a TI-Nspire calculator to demonstrate the midpoint formula. It describes how to: 1) Create a graph window and add two points, labeling them and assigning them to variables x1, x2, y1, y2. 2) Create a split screen with a spreadsheet and enter the midpoint formula using the variables to calculate the x- and y-coordinates of the midpoint as (x1 + x2)/2 and (y1 + y2)/2. 3) Manipulate the points in the graph to dynamically update the midpoint coordinates calculated in the spreadsheet.
