Common Mistakes to Avoid in Google AnalyticsSelesti-Ltd
With so much data available to B2B marketers, it’s hard to believe that any marketer would still rely on their gut to make business decisions. But in the PwC Global Data & Analytics Survey, it was reported that 62% of executives still prefer to rely on their experience rather than data, to make decisions.
Our challenge as B2B marketers, is to make sure our data is credible and trustworthy. If we can’t trust our data, then what use is it? And if we can’t reliably interpret it, then we risk losing our credibility when reporting on our activity and performance.
Google Analytics is one of the most widely used analytics platform out there. But the problem is although it's easy to learn, it’s difficult to master. Reviewing your data is crucial to ensure you can interpret and analyse it correctly.
In this presentation, we highlight 4 common errors in Google Analytics, and how to fix it, to make your data more reliable and trustworthy.

In another month, a new decade will begin. And, as always, businesses will be
assessing work strategies as they do at the end of the year or at the beginning of
the next. Businesses do this to create new strategies that can boost productivity or
do away with systems and work§ows that are no longer relevant today. According
to reviews from business experts at eTargetMedia, email marketing is often talked
about as a marketing tool that has been around since the early days of the internet.
Will it still be relevant in 2020?
When you combine email with social media, the combination will both increase the reach of your email campaigns that enjoy 97% deliverability. Sharing your email on social media will get it in front of more people, with the potential to grow your list. And if you’re doing it right, keeping it short, making the action or response obvious and simple and providing access, information and real value then you will grow your business.

Marketing Automation is a hot topic these days but most implementations use only online marketing channels. All the benefits of direct mail, including personalization enabled by variable data digital printing technologies, highly targeted, a long shelf life, and standing out from the crowd by placing your marketing piece literally in your prospect's hands, are not leveraged in most automated marketing programs.
It doesn't need to be this way. It is actually pretty easy to add a direct mail channel to a marketing automation program.
This presentation dispels four direct mail myths and illustrates why you should consider adding direct mail to your marketing automation program.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
Speakers:
Bob Boule
Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. He comes with around 20 years of solution engineering experience in application security, software continuous delivery, and SaaS platforms. He is known for his dynamic presentations in CI/CD and application security integrated in software delivery lifecycle.
Gopinath Rebala
Gopinath Rebala is the CTO of OpsMx, where he has overall responsibility for the machine learning and data processing architectures for Secure Software Delivery.
