Summary
Helping to bridge the business to technology gap with over 15 years of project experience working as a
business analyst, systems analyst, trainer, report developer, and even scoping out infrastructure needs when
need be.
Currently managing a team in the Information Management department of Cigna-HealthSpring focused on
health care quality and operational metrics.
Detail oriented and prefer to deep-dive into subjects to gain a holistic view of a process. Would rather figure
out how to change the box then continue to work outside of it.
Have interviewed and gathered requirements on projects of various sizes working with Correctional Officers,
Wardens, the Appellate Court Clerk for the State of Tennessee, and all kinds of health care professionals.
