For our client, an international BPO company, we are currently looking for:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create standard reports as set out in client Service Level Agreements using various
reporting tools such MI, Oracle, Access, Excel, etc. In addition, the creation of ad hoc
reports to respond to business needs as they arise will be required.
Assess reporting results through data investigation, analysis and evaluation.
Analyze data and trends and create documentation supporting all of the reports, metrics
and KPI’s.
Prepare detailed analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and
professional formatting. Ensure all reporting has a standard format.
Ensure that reports support the overall scope of company's business strategies.
Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports.
Work closely with all levels of end users to develop reports which will be used to make
tactical as well as strategic business decisions.
Create detailed documentation outlining report criteria and provide recommendations
to the requestor based on the results of the report.
Provide reporting support to any project/project team as necessary.
Focus on developing reports not linked to customer requirements which will add value
to the business.
EXPECTATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 2 years’ experience of demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills essential.
Demonstrated strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service
skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage own work flow and meet deadlines while responding to frequent
demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
Ability to take ownership of each project from start to finish and follow-up with
management on project status.
Experience in data analysis and report design/development
High standards of integrity and personal ethics in implementing corporate policies and
procedures.
