Education Industry Inquiries: YOY Percent ChangeInquiries for online programs shrank less than 1% year-over-year in August.
§ This is positive news after an 11% decline in July.
§ Plus, August 2016 was a very tough month to beat–it was up 15% over August 2015 and had the most online
