  1. Set up – 5 Talk about best practice is ongoing and building. Trying to not recreate the wheel or going in different directions. All starts here Group Conversations – 30 (possibly break up and focus on each question individually) How can they take the information from the day before and integrate it into their work plan process? How do you/can you create an environment for D&I both on the council and through ad hoc opportunities? Share out – 10 minutes
  2. Panel Discussion – 25 minutes 4 individuals from various councils talking about: Best Practices from their council Building Relationships with ASAE Staff Table Discussion – 20 minutes What helped prepare you for volunteer leadership? What’s needed to help prepare people for volunteer leadership? Half of room on Best Practices and other on Cross Council Share out – 15 minutes
  3. 11:30-noon Wrap up Reflection - One thing from today you are going to take back to your council Couple of individuals share out.
