This document provides an overview of secondary care skills for safety meetings. It defines secondary care as "first aid" for non-life threatening conditions that comes after primary emergency care. The four main secondary care skills are injury assessment, illness assessment, bandaging, and splinting dislocations and fractures. It then provides more details on assessing and treating different types of injuries and illnesses, as well as how to properly apply bandages and splints.

10. Splinting
• Use things at hand
• Don’t move unless threat to the injured
• DO NOT ROLL, LIFT OR CARRY A SPINAL INJURY
