a single spark has the power to ignite the whole world !
a single ray of light has the power to drive away the dense darkness !
a single seed has the power to create a big forest !
a single idea has the power to change our life !
a single person has the power to change our world !

why not we become a good team member to begin with ?
why not we grow to become a good leader ?
why not ?
why not we think it over ?
why not we change our attitude for the better ?
why not we become better ?
why not we become better continuously ?
a single spark ... a single idea ... a single ray of light ... a single seed ... a single person ... a single moment ...

If I have a Rupee and if you had a Rupee .....
There is no limit to what you can do, if you don’t care who gets the credit. TEAM SPIRIT MAKES YOU MORE SELFISH OR less selfish ?
Why People work as a team ? Because teams achieve more.
Why Teamwork ? Work hard for others and the rewards will come back to you ten times over.
“ Happy people make happy teams and happy teams get GREAT results for organisations”
Replaceable ? dispensable ?
Everyone is responsible in some way for the success of all.
IMAGINE
Imagine a workplace where everyone is fully engaged. Where people eagerly use their brainpower. Where teamwork comes naturally. Where kindness rules. Imagine the innovative power of such an organization. Imagine the sense of mission and spirit of fun. Imagine its passion for serving customers. Imagine its ability to attract and retain talent, to compete, to thrive.
Imagination is e v e r y t h i n g. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions. - Albert Einstein
IMPOSSIBLE I'M POSSIBLE
CLEARLY DEFINED Team Objectives, Scope, Roles & Responsibilities, Key Activities, Key Deliverables, Critical Success Factors, Risks, and Boundaries LEADS TO Cooperative, Committed and Trusted Climate IMPLYING Clear, Effective and Constructive Communication Ingredients for a Successful Team
“ A team is a group of people who must collaborate to achieve common goals, and who assume responsibility for the functioning and performance of the group.”
Strength of the chain Chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link
Team – COMMON GOALS Goals of a team need to be Clear and Explicit, Motivating and Challenging, Tied to rewards in order for a team to reach a level of maximum performance.
Team – COMMON OPERATING PROCEDURES established systems, procedures, processes and norms for addressing the various issues facing the team, e.g., procedures to reduce conflict.
Team – Mutually interacting and interdependent Team members must understand team goals, be committed to team goals, demonstrate a willingness to solve individual and team problems.
Team – ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY Each member of a team must be held responsible for producing specific outputs and results. ~ a clear delineation of roles and responsibilities.
Team – ENCOURAGING OPEN COMMUNICATION RESULTS IN ENCOURAGING COLLECTIVE EFFORTS LEADING TO GREATER ABILITY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS ~HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY, LOWER COSTS, HIGHER PROFITABLITY AND HIGHER AND STILL HIGHER . . .
Ultimately, it is the greatest journey when a group of people can set a shared goal, setting the bar so high each strives to be greater than he perceived possible; learning the value and rewards of a hard work ethic, building close relationships based on trust; and giving of yourself so completely that you become a part of something bigger than yourself.
Nothing great has ever been accomplished without enthusiasm. Regardless of whether the job is big or small, give it your best. – Ralph Waldo Emerson WORK IS WORSHIP ATTITUDE
WHAT IS A TEAM ? ... A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO WORK TOGETHER FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
... THE FEELING OF PRIDE AND LOYALTY THAT EXISTS AMONG THE MEMBERS OF A TEAM WHICH MAKES THEM WANT THEIR TEAM TO DO WELL WHAT IS TEAM SPIRIT ?
WHAT IS TEAMWORK ? ... THE ABILITY OF A GROUP OF PEOPLE TO WORK WELL TOGETHER
WHAT IS CO-ORDINATION ? ... ORGANIZING THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TAKING PART IN SOME ACTIVITY AND ENSURING THAT THEY WORK TOGETHER PROPERLY
