Sound
The speed of sound waves depends on 2 things. Type of medium- liquids and solids make better conductors. Temperature of medium- as temperature increases, the molecules move faster so the waves move faster.

Pitch - the highness or lowness of a sound. High pitch = high frequency Low pitch = low frequency
Intensity - the amount of energy in each wave. Intensity increases as amplitude increases….which also makes the sound louder. - The intensity of sound is measured in decibels (dB)

Resonance- the tendency of an object to vibrate at the same frequency as another vibrating source. Reverberation - echoing effect produced by multiple reflections of sound.

Interference - the ability for 2 or more waves to combine and form a new wave.
Diffraction - the bending of waves around a barrier.
