This document describes a student project to design a laser security system. The system uses a laser, light dependent resistor (LDR), and other components like an LED, transistor, capacitor, resistor, buzzer, and battery. When the laser beam is interrupted by an intruder breaking the plane, the LDR detects the change and triggers the circuit to activate the buzzer alarm. The project aims to develop an affordable modern security system using laser technology to protect individuals and property from crime and threats.

Door guard is a device that can senses intrusion, providing an indication of possible disturbance, thus providing security to the commercial and residential people.
If some intruder tries to open the door of your house, this circuit sounds an alarm to alert you against the attempted intrusion.
In case of commercial security, little door guard popularly known as guard alarm which provides audible or visual alarm from the detecting object itself.
When any person or object crossover the laser line the security alarm will ring-on also the focus light will "on" to focus the entrance of unauthorized person.

The circuit uses readily available, low-cost components. For compactness, an alkaline 9v battery is used for powering the unit. Input dc supply is further regulated to a steady dc voltage of 5v by 3-pin regulator IC7805. Assemble the unit in the box and mount the same on the door & mount a constant source of light i.e., laser beam exactly aligned with the unit.

IoT Based Infrared Remote Controlled AC Fan Regulatorijtsrd
This paper presents the design and implementation of an infrared remote controlled ac fan regulator. The regulator consists of IR sensor, monostable multi vibrator, decade counter, transformer, comparator, opto isolator and TRIAC. The user will be able to operate the regulator with any remote control used for TV, VCR, Air Conditioner, DVD player etc. The remote transmits a beam of light and this light is picked and decoded by the receiver unit. The receiver only activates when it receives the beam of light. Every time when the button is pressed, the speed of the fan is increased smoothly up to ten different speed levels. The fan regulator has been simulated and experimentally tested. It is found that the system works satisfactorily and the experimental results are almost same. Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

• When any person or object or cross over the laser line the

make a security boundary of single laser light by using
mirror at every corner for reflection.

8. PRINCIPLE:
• There are three essential components to a laser security
system: a laser, a detector and sensing circuit. The laser is a
concentrated light source that puts out a straight line
"pencil beam" of light of a single colour. The detector is
sensitive to light and puts out a voltage when the laser
light hits it. The detector is connected to the sensing circuit.
When the laser beam is interrupted and can't reach the
detector, its voltage output changes, and the circuit sense
the change and put out a warning signal.

The core objective of this project is to

• LASER: A laser is a device that emits light
through a process of optical amplification based
on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic
radiation. The term "laser" originated as an
acronym for "light amplification by stimulated
emission of radiation".

• LDR (Light Dependent Resistor): A photoresistor
or light-dependent resistor (LDR) or photocell is a light-
controlled Variable resistor. The resistance of a
photoresistor decreases with increasing incident light
intensity, in other words, it exhibits photoconductivity: A
photoresistor can be applied in light-sensitive detector
circuits, and light and dark-activated switching circuits.

• LED (Light Emitting Diode): A light-emitting
diode (LED) is a two lead semiconductor light source. It is
a pn-junction diode, which emits light when activated.
When a suitable voltage is applied to the leads, electrons
are able to recombine with electron holes within the
device, releasing energy in the form of photons. This
effect is called electro-luminescence, and the colour of the
light (corresponding to the energy of the photon) is
determined by the energy band gap of the semiconductor

• Buzzer: A buzzer or beeper is an audio signaling device,
which may be mechanical, electromechanical or
piezoelectric. Typical uses of buzzers and beepers include
alarm devices, timers and confirmation of user input such
as a mouse click or keystroke.

• TRANSISTOR: A transistor is a semiconductor device
used to amplify and switch electronic signals and
electrical power. It is composed of semiconductor
material with at least three terminals for connection to an
external circuit. A voltage or current applied to one pair
of the transistor's terminals changes the current through
another pair of terminals. Because the controlled (output)
power can be higher than the controlling (input) power, a
transistor can amplify a signal. Today, some transistors
are packaged individually, but many more are found
embedded in integrated circuits

• RESISTOR: A resistor is a passive two-terminal
electrical component that implements electrical
resistance as a circuit element. Resistors act to reduce
current flow, and, at the same time, act to lower voltage
levels within circuits. In electronic circuits resistors are
used to limit current flow

used to store energy electrostatically in an electric field.

Laser security system provides us the security against any
crime, theft in our day to day life and so people are installing
them in order to stay safe, secure and sound. Various
electronic security systems can be used at home and other
important working places for security and safety purposes.
It is a great opportunity and source of saving man power
contributing no wastage of electricity. The "Laser Security
System" is an important helping system. Using this system
robbery, thefts & crime can be avoided to large extend.
Avoiding thieves results in the safety of our financial assets
and thereby this system provides us protection against all.

27. Future Prospects:-
Future progress of this work can be identified in the areas
summarized below -
-We will try to upgrade this system to an advanced level by
using invisible laser or infrared light.
-We can also use microcontroller or some timer IC circuit to
make the performance of this system better.
-Also with the help of sound sensing transducer, photo
footage can be captured using secret camera as soon as the
alarm rings.
