Objective
Circuit that producean alarm to indicate
unauthorized presence using laser light
System designed to protect specific areas and
personal properties
Significantly reduce manpower
Faster , easier and accurate protection
3.
3
introduction
LASER-ray goesthrough long distance
without scattering effect and ray is almost
invisible
Only radiation and incident point is visible
Laser light is continuously focused on to LDR
Someone crosses the laser path way, an alarm
will produce with blinking LED
Duration can be controlled by timer IC
5
Existing methods
Security using
AIRSENSOR(active infrared sensor )
active infrared Detectors are using dual beam
transmission as structure
one side with transmitter for emitting infrared ray,
the other side with receiver for receiving the ray
PIR SENSOR(passive infrared sensor)
Doesn't emit the infrared ray, it receives the
infrared ray that is emitted by objects
6.
6
Features
They Consumeless power
It is easy in construction
It economical
If any burglary happen people will alert
easily
Low cost
7.
7
The problems thatthe project tries to solve :
Large amount of crime
Enormous amount of theft
Insecure environments

13
IC LM358
TheLM358 is a low power dual operational
amplifier integrated circuit
The abbreviation LM358 indicates an
8pin integrated circuit, comprising two
operational amplifiers at low power.
14.
14
IC LM7805
ALM7805 Voltage Regulator is a voltage
regulator that outputs +5 volts.
Pin 1 (Input Pin): The Input pin is the pin that
accepts the incoming DC voltage, which the
voltage regulator will eventually regulate down
to 5 volts.
Pin 2 (Ground): Ground pin establishes the
ground for the regulator.
Pin 3 (Output Pin): The Output pin is the
regulated 5 volts DC.

15
555 Timer IC
The 555 timer IC is an integrated circuit(chip)
used in a variety of timer, pulse generation, and
oscillator applications.
The555 can be used to provide time delays, as an
oscillator, and as a flip-flop element. Derivatives
provide up to four timing circuits in one package.

LDR
A photoresistor(orlight-dependent resistor, LDR,
or photocell) is a light-controlled variable
resistor.
The resistance of a photoresistor decreases with
increasing incident light intensity; in other
words, it exhibits photoconductivity.

LASER LIGHT
Alaser is a device that emits light through a
process of optical amplification based on the
stimulated emission of electromagnetic
radiation.
LASER-"light amplification by stimulated
emission of radiation".
