The document discusses how marketers can reach their audience across multiple devices throughout the day. It notes that the average US household now has 5.7 internet-connected devices. It provides examples of how people may use different devices throughout the day, from tablets in the morning to phones on public transportation. The document emphasizes that marketers need to have a strategy for multiple devices and media types, tailor ads and landing pages for different devices, and make use of features like bid modifiers and ad extensions to better target audiences across media.

#Bettpassion Day 1: One Step Back to Go Three Steps ForwardAaron Maurer
After meeting with Angela Maiers and giving time for students to identify their genius and rework some ideas, we have begun to implement and move forward with the projects. This slidedeck is what I used to jumpstart the process.
I share the lessons learned from running more than 10 design sprints across multiple industries and organizations.
Design sprints allow teams to solve an essential business problems in five days by mapping the problem, sketching alternative solutions, deciding on an approach, then prototyping and testing with representative users. They are useful in a variety of circumstances, but particularly when you’ve got a big problem, little time to solve it, and don’t know where to start.
These slides were presented in Ignite format (5 minute presentations of 20 slides which auto-advance every 15 seconds) at Ignite UX Michigan 2017.
How to Create Visual Content That People Can't Wait to ShareBoom! Social
Visual content is “snackable” and helps you grab the attention of your ideal customer. If you aren’t prepared for the visual content revolution, you are going to be left behind.
The great news is that you don’t have to be a graphic designer with mad skills to create amazing visual content quickly and easily!
PT Toronto #12: Latif Nanji (Co-founder and CEO of Roadmunk) shares his talk “Design Communication in Product Management."
Design is a specialized skill, and as a PM, it can be intimidating—especially if it’s not your natural inclination. (Plus, there’s usually a design team to deal with that stuff, right?) But that mentality is a missed opportunity; it’s equally important for PMs to keep design top-of-mind when making decisions. Having spent most of his career as a product manager, Latif strongly believes that design should always be a priority for product managers. In this TKTK talk, Latif shares essential and actionable design principles that can be implemented in any product setting, and breaks down how PMs can put design at the forefront of their product strategy.
Latif Nanji is the co-founder and CEO of Roadmunk, a product roadmapping platform that enables organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Citibank, MasterCard and Adobe to visualize and collaborate on strategic plans.
Latif’s entrepreneurial chops extend beyond Roadmunk. He co-founded Pragmatic CEO, a Toronto meetup for tech entrepreneurs, and Pokerspace.com, an online social network for poker players. As an entrepreneur, he has raised over $3 million in venture and angel funding.
Latif’s background spans all things startup: from leadership and sales to product management and design. In his off-time, Latif is an avid reader, rock climber and skier.

There are many reasons why salary transparency is important to us, but the biggest catalyst for launching a Compensation Strategy at Seer was – surprise, surprise – the data. But not cold, emotionless data in this case. This data reflected the often uncomfortable feelings surrounding salary.
According to employee feedback from our annual engagement surveys, the team consistently reported that they felt confused and dissatisfied about their compensation. It was critical for us to bring transparency to compensation decisions at Seer, and now we’re excited to share it publicly.
See how Emily Allen, Director of People Operations at Seer, navigated the launch of our Compensation Strategy - including company-wide salary transparency - in this slide deck that was presented to the company.
And to see a video interview and summary of her experience, in her own words, visit http://www.seerinteractive.com/labs/about/salary-transparency/?utm_source=slideshare&utm_medium=shared+resource&utm_campaign=seer+labs

Oli Gardner has a talent of making the future, in all its machinations and i-Robot-esque imagery, seem like an interesting, smarter, more intuitive world than today. But before we started to chat about how the glass is clearly half full, Oli introduced four of most common (and very human) mistakes of CRO: testing opinions, not insights, testing the wrong things, stopping tests too early, and focusing on the surface level metrics versus lifetime value.

Sayf Sharif, Seer’s own Director of Analytics, gave our audience the rundown of the why’s, what’s and how’s of optimizing conversions with Analytics. That is, after he shared a personal anecdote about why it’s not a great idea to track your wife’s contractions “then disagree with her assessment of labor progression by pointing at a chart you just made”. The big takeaway here? Just because you can measure something, doesn’t always mean you should.
