This project involves restoring a 1950 Chevrolet truck while converting it to run on both unleaded gasoline and natural gas. The objectives are to provide hands-on experience for engineering students and promote automotive and energy solutions. Currently, the truck has been dismantled and many mechanical components have been rebuilt or replaced. The fuel system design is awaiting completion, including determining the locations and sizes of the gasoline and natural gas tanks. Student leadership and fundraising are keys to the project's success going forward.
