• Execution, planning & monitoring of TG and auxiliaries erection & commissioning activities for day to
day and monthly basis to meet the actual plan & Co-ordination with customer and supplier for various project
requirements.
• Erection of TG and auxiliaries & quality checks as per approved quality plan includes erection of
turbine, generator and all auxiliaries including BFP, CEP, MOP ,Oil Pumps , JOP & all heaters.
• Responsible for various commissioning activities for TG including Detergent flushing, oil flushing
,steam blowing and commissioning of all static and rotary equipments including pumps & heaters, etc.
• Erection and Commissioning of Counter Flow type cooling Tower Make- Paharpur cooling towers Ltd.
• Played a key role in the erection and hydro testing of pressure parts of 336 TPH CFBC boilers, Boiler
feed Pumps (BFP) discharge lines and TG critical piping.
• Erection, testing & commissioning of all MOVs and Control Valve’s from local & DCS.
• Supervised erection of various pumps and its alignment inspection & Protocol Preparation.
• Erection & Hydro testing of TG IBR piping (BFP discharge, Turbine Extraction PRDS lines etc, Lube
Oil & control oil lines & condensate lines etc.
