The plan aims to lower costs over three years through an accountability plan with incentives for preventative care and meeting biometric outcomes. Employees will be required to get an annual physical, provide biometrics, and complete cancer screenings or osteoporosis checks depending on age and gender. The incentives will start at $700 and increase compliance rates are expected to rise from an average of 60% in the first year to over 75% by the third year. Implementation will be eased through a partnership with Compass Health and their healthy incentives program and support tools like the Jellyvision demo.
