Idea Selection
Most Practical:
‘share the problems with people that can help’
Sometimes we get frustrated on things that we can’t solve by ourselves.
Instead of taking decisions with anxiety, the first and most practical thing is to talk to people you trust in your job
which you believe will really help you find a solution for the problem.
Colleagues/friends that have more experience have probably passed through the same problems.
At the first the moment, the best person that can help out with a solution is someone trustable from the same
environment that already lived the same thing or similar.
Idea Selection
Most Disruptive:
‘quit the job and find something that is enjoyable’
Quitting the job because of frustration or disappointment is always a hard and disruptive decision.
But, in some cases, this might be the best solution so that the person can have the opportunity breathe in and out,
relax, and star over with something that it’s really enjoyable.
It’s really unhealthy to keep working with things you don’t feel comfortable nor enjoy. It won’t have any evolution,
personal or professional.
In this case, it’s better to quit and restart.
Idea Selection
Most Favorite:
‘spend time on a hobby’
Spending the free time on things you enjoy and relax is really refreshing for the body and mind.
A hobby can take a lot of the free time, but it’s worth it. The mind works better, the body reacts better, and all this
refreshment can help improve the daily deals and works.
The thing here is not about the hobby itself, but spending time on other things beside your job so when your out of
work, you’re mind won’t be so much worried about your problems, occasionally, hobbies can help to solve 'em.
Thanks
