Top 20 Things Successful People Do All the TimeBrian Sullivan
Successful people have a certain mindset. They develop specific habits to tackle problems and everyday life. After 50 years and many hard lessons, I decided to share 20 things successful people in my life have done.
Here are top 6 positive thinking tips that can help you change the way you think about other people and things around. To learn more tips of this type, click the link: http://vkool.com/discover-16-positive-thinking-tips/.
1. Treat Others As You Want To Be Treated
All people wish to be treated with respect. The way that you behave others shows your personality. Therefore, if you want to have good personality, including positive thoughts, you should treat other people the way you want to be treated. If you want to be trusted by friends, learn to trust them first. If you want to be loved by your relatives, learn to love them first. If you want to be welcomed by neighbors, learn to welcome them first.
2. Be Tolerant
In order to build positive thoughts, you should learn to forgive people who make you sad or angry. You even need to learn to forgive the ones who offend you. No matter what they do to you, they are teaching you some good lessons in life.
Moreover, you should be honestly happy when people around you succeed in life or at work. Do not be jealous with them as jealousy is one of the typical causes of negative thinking.
3. Avoid Negative Self-Talk
Among positive thinking tips, avoiding negative self-talk is the most important. What you talk to yourself also will result in the way you behave people around. If your mind is full of negative self-talk, you will not be able to treat others with respect as you may believe that they do not deserve your good behavior. When you are in that situation, try to eliminate your negative talk, and tell yourself that everyone may make mistakes, but everyone has something for you to learn from.
4. Do Meditation Or Yoga
Bath helps clean your body and meditation helps clean and refresh your mind. People who meditate on a regular basis have more positive thoughts than the ones who do not meditate. Meditation will certainly become the future of mankind. If you are a wise person, you should start doing meditation today to enjoy its benefits, to think more positively, and to have a better life.
Yoga helps you stop thinking negatively about others as it is really relaxing when you do it. Doing yoga also helps ease and refresh your mind, building positive thoughts.
5. Help People Around
If you can live for others, your mind will always be clean and relaxed. Helping people around is one of the top positive thinking tips. When you try your best to give others a helping hand, you are building your dignity. What you give others will certainly return to you some ways. If you help others, your mind will be built up with love, respect, and gratitude. As a result, you will be thinking positively.
6. Make Friends With Positive People
When you are with positive people, you can learn from them the way they treat others, and the way they think about life. You will gradually change the way you think as positive as they do.

Positive Thinking is about training the subconscious mind to deal with all the negativity that is around us. Our day to day performance depends greatly on how we perceive our environment and how positive are we in executing the job at hand. Our mental attitude delivers the desired result and even if the desired results do not come in our path our attitude to strive again and harder makes the result come our way. positive thinking is one step ahead in spirituality

Mental toughness is a term frequently used within sporting contexts, often being hailed as the principle reason for victory, or the sole explanation for a loss.
Coaches, supporters, commentators, and journalists colloquially describe athletes as either mentally strong or mentally weak, but is it appropriate to applaud or condemn a player using this catch-all phrase? The answer is no.
We can use the term fitness to illustrate this point. There are many different aspects of fitness, such as speed, power, agility, endurance, strength, mobility, etc. An elite marathon runner has high levels of endurance, but not necessarily high levels of strength. In contrast, an elite sprinter has high levels of strength, but not necessarily high levels of endurance. Yet we can describe both of these athletes as having a high level of fitness. They are both fit, but they possess distinct fitness characteristics.
Mental toughness characteristics
Distinct characteristics are also prevalent within mental toughness. These traits include fight, inner drive, critical moment control, resilience, emotional control, capacity for change, team player, and honesty. For example, one athlete may exhibit a lot of fight, but little emotional control. Another could be high on the inner drive scale, but low on the critical moment control range, and so on.
So what differentiates these characteristics of mental toughness? Here are some simple definitions which highlight the specific qualities for each of these traits…
Fight
Athletes who have fight are confrontational, aggressive, and like to get into a battle with the opposition.
Inner Drive
Those with inner drive are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are capable of working independently of coach, parental or external input.
Critical Moment Control
Possessing a high level of critical moment control allows an athlete to remain clear-minded when the pressure is on, therefore leading to good decision-making when under stress.
Resilience
Resilient players are able to bounce back after setbacks, don’t let disappointments affect them, and are capable of refocusing after making a mistake.
Emotional Control
Players with good emotional control can regulate their emotions so they are in the optimum mindset for performance. If they need to be calm and controlled, they have the skills to lower arousal and clarify thinking. If they need to be pumped up, they also have the ability to increase arousal and aggression levels.
Capacity for Change
Athletes with the capacity for change are open-minded and listen carefully to what coaches and experts have to say. They learn quickly and are able to change their techniques and behaviours.
Team Player
Team players are considerate of others, provide energy to the team, work hard in training, and show leadership skills when appropriate.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

2. The Current Scenario
Naturally, you want more from life. You want to be more, do
more and have more.
So, you have invested in a money-making course,
You’ve tried every diet in the book,
You have gone to every seminar that you can think of.
Yet… if there is an improvement, it’s typically minimal—not
nearly enough to make a substantial difference in life.
3. Do you keep getting the same
results over and over after all of
your efforts?
Why?
What’s holding you back?
5. What is a Paradigm?
A mental program in your subconscious with almost
exclusive control over your habitual behavior.
Almost all of your behavior is habitual – the time you
get up in the morning, the way you eat, exercise,
work, relax, how much money you make, and also
interact with others.
No matter how hard you try, it is difficult to earn
more, do more and be more until you change the
mental program.
6. How is the paradigm formed?
• Through our genetic and environmental
conditioning.
• As a child, whatever happened around you went
right into your subconscious mind because you
had no ability to reject anything. Any ideas that
you were exposed to over and over again were
like seeds being planted in fertile soil.
• We’re not taught about paradigms in school. So
here we are years later living the same way we
were programmed as little kids.
7. What Is Your Current Paradigm?
The best way to identify is by looking at your
current results. Ask yourself:
• What’s the most money I have ever made
in a year?
• Are you living the way I really want to live?
If not, why not?
8. • Does my day begin with purpose and gratitude?
• Do I move through your day with laser focus or am
I easily distracted, unable to finish anything?
Answering these and similar questions will help
you zero in on your paradigm, and identify what’s
controlling the results you are getting in your life.
The good news: if you’re not happy with your
results, and you’d like to do better, you can do
something about it.
10. There are 2 ways to change:
#1. Emotional impact
When something hits you so hard that your
life will never be the same. It’s usually of a
negative nature, but it can also be
something that is positive.
11. #2. Change the paradigm in the same
manner it was formed—through repetition
of ideas.
By exposing yourself to a new idea over and
over again with the goal of replacing an old
belief(s) that is in your subconscious mind.
12. Here’s how to to get started…
1. Consciously choose a new belief that is
aligned with the results you want and the habits
that will lead you to those results.
• Example: My family grew up poor. In life, you must sweat
to make a living, and it’s in my DNA to be unsuccessful
and live in this condition.
SWITCH: I am so happy and grateful now I see the
opportunity to start with what I have, with where I am to grow.
As I am a spiritual being, I create my life, and I am evolving to
become a successful person in life!
13. 2. Impress that idea—by focusing on it,
visualizing it and repeating it with
feeling—on your subconscious mind
repetitively.
• Example: Visualize having enthusiastic clients
who are grateful for your service sending you
an email transfer with your desired income as
well as a referral.
14. 3. You must also consciously and
deliberately replace “bad” habits with
good habits. Otherwise, you might form
another bad habit to take the old habit’s
place.
• Example: If you are increasing your vitality, a
“bad” habit may be smoking cigarettes. Affirm to
yourself of your new positive habit, and replace
the craving with a new, positive reward.
15. Tip: If you are truly wanting to change your life,
it is important to be around people with a
similar mindset.
17. This information will delight you!
Changing just a small part of the old paradigm can make
an enormous difference in the results you enjoy in every
area of your life.
Regardless of how many times you might have tried
before, you CAN get far better results in your life.
However, it’s tough to do without professional help.
If you’d like to turn your deepest desires into lasting
results, let us help you. It’s what we do best.
