You can learn to stop worrying by setting a specific time and place each day to worry, such as between 6-6:30pm in the garden. During the rest of the day, determine if a worry is solvable or not - if solvable, take action, and if not, accept the uncertainty. Accepting uncertainty is key, as worrying rises from an inability to accept uncertainty. Be aware of how others influence your thinking and consider physical exercise to release tension and distract from worries.
