This document provides tips to demotivate employees, including making false promises about opportunities or benefits that will not be delivered, showing favoritism where some employees are treated better than others for the same work, providing no feedback on work done or correcting mistakes, micromanaging every action down to monitoring email and lunch breaks every 30 minutes, and devaluing employees by making them feel disposable rather than respecting their contributions to productivity and loyalty.
