This document provides an update on construction projects for Georgetown ISD's 2010 bond program. SITE UTILITY PACKAGE – PHASE I
• Existing canopy and sidewalks have been removed.
• Sewer and storm drain main lines are complete around the cafeteria and
athletics additions.
• Final grade has been made on the building pad for the cafeteria and
athletic additions.
• Under-pad utilities and grade beam excavation will begin next.
• Interior demolition will begin during the Christmas break.
