Huckabee Project Update 12-05-11

Schematic Design Presentation January 1, 2011 • 2nd floor slab will begin the end of this week. Architect Signs Documents March 8, 2011 CATE/ROTC Building Permit Application Submittal March 15, 2011 • Underground plumbing and electrical utilities are making progress. • Slab work will resume in January. Site Plan Application Submittal March 17, 2011 • After slab work is complete and metal building has arrived, steel structure will begin. Pre-Proposal Meeting March 22, 2011 ATHLETIC ADDITION Tour with General Contractors at East View Ninth Grade Center March 30, 2011 • CMU wall along the existing building is complete. • Steel structure has begun at the locker room area. - 12. 2010 BOND PROGRAMUPDATE GEORGETOWN HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS SITE UTILITY PACKAGE – PHASE I • Existing canopy and sidewalks have been removed. • Sewer and storm drain main lines are complete around the cafeteria and athletics additions. • Final grade has been made on the building pad for the cafeteria and athletic additions. • Under-pad utilities and grade beam excavation will begin next. • Interior demolition will begin during the Christmas break.
