Teachers must regularly check attendance
Tardiness
3x tardy: Subject teacher/s will report the student
to Character formation Coordinator.
4x tardy: Character Formation Coordinator will
warn the student.
5x tardy: Online Parent Teacher Conference with
CFC.

Absences
1-2 days: Excuse Letter (send it to teacher's
outlook or Teams account.
3-4 days: Report to CFC
5 days or more: Parent should talk to CFC.

Students will be given a 10-minute grace
period before they will be considered as
late.
A student may be excused from his/her
classes after presenting an excuse letter
stating valid reasons such as prolong
sickness and death in the family.
8. DRESS CODE
AND UNIFORM
All senior high school students are
required to wear any
appropriate/decent attire. Avoid
wearing sandos, spaghetti straps, or
any revealing clothes.
Students who are scheduled to have
their PEH classes are allowed to wear
their PEH uniform or any shirt and
jogging pants.
9. DRESS CODE
AND UNIFORM
Long hair for male students is not allowed.
Likewise, loud or bright colored hair for
both male and female students is not
acceptable.
Female students must wear their hair neatly. No faddish
hairstyle is allowed such as distracting or ostentatious
haircut or hair color. Jewelry and other fashion
accessories must not be overbearing and should be
worn simple.

Students are responsible for proper
behavior both face-to-face and online class.
Always use online platforms with courtesy,
respect, and integrity. The use of obscene,
profane, threatening, or disrespectful
language is prohibited.
Integrity and authenticity of student work are highly
encouraged. To avoid plagiarism, cite the sources of
information properly. Plagiarism may result to
disciplinary and academic actions.
