BUILD TECH’S APPROACH
BUILD TECH is approaching this work not as an isolated project, rather as the start of
the long term association with respectable client. Similar to any other project of ours,
we are committed for the timely project completion with no compromise on the quality
of the product delivered as well as the safety of the human life involved during the
execution phase. In order to ensure the aforesaid deliverables we has our own “Safety
and Quality Policy”, its plans to execute in-line to the standards as laid out in the
contract document.
Our greatest strength in execution is we have our own In-house labours for all the civil
works and all the machineries we deployed at the project are our self-owned, with
reduces the uncertainty to a considerable extent.
Even for the specialized jobs such as Waterproofing, Painting etc., we are associated
with Best-In-Class and reputed teams for its execution.
We take this opportunity once again to thank you for your belief in us and for the
opportunity provided to be part of this prestigious project.

PROPOSED SITE LOGISTIC PLAN – During Excavation
PROPOSED SITE LOGISTIC PLAN – After Backfilling
 The activity starts Installation of Dewatering system followed with the mass
excavation above and then followed with three layers of the sheet pile 1.5m
apart for the maximum depth
EXCAVATION & SHEET PILING
EXCAVATION & SHEET PILING
• Two meter of excavation
is done after driving of
3m sheet pile.
• All sheet pile will be tied
horizontally at top using
ISMC/ISMB by welding
• Sheet piles are vertically
support with
ISMC/ISMB at 1m c/c.
EXCAVATION & SHEET PILING
EXCAVATION & SHEET PILING
DEWATERING
 We propose to install “deep well dewatering system” around the building periphery
in required intervals. Dewatering will continue 24x7 until the completion of Lower
Ground Floor.
CONCRETE
 Presently we have planned to source the concrete from the external batching plant
and 3 RMC plants are available within the distance of 15km, nearest being M/s
Ultratech RMC.
 Parallelly we are in process of identifying land to install our own Batching Plant in a
view to avoid the dependency.
 The Combination of MS sheet, Plywood, System shuttering is considered for different
structural elements.
 System Formwork of BII is considered.
