- Superstructure design calculation.
- Shop drawing for M&E location layout related to panel wall casting. (Subject to client / consultant confirmation)
- Setting out (panel) : TBM for each block & 4+2 Boundary point per unit must be provided.
- Mobile crane.
Excluded :

- Contractor All Risks Insurance.
- Security of our material & system works.
- Temporary water & electricity supply.
