Thetask of housing due to the rising population of the country isbecoming increasingly
monumental.
In terms of technical capabilities to face this challenge,the potential isenormous;it only
needsto bejudiciouslyexploited. Traditionally,constructionfirms alloverthe worldhave
beenslowto adoptthe innovation and changes.Contractors are aconservative lot. It is the
needof time to analyzethe depthof the problemandfindeffectivesolutions.Ouraim is to
servesasacost effective and efficient tool to solvethe problems of the mega housing
project all over the world. Our aim isto maximize the useof modern construction
techniques and equipments on its entire project. We havetried to cover eachand every
aspect related to conventional and aluminum form construction. Wethus infer that
aluminum form construction isable to provide high quality construction at unbelievable
speedand at reasonablecost.
Thistechnology hasgreat potential for applicationinIndiato provide affordable housing to
its rising population. Thusit canbe concluded that quality andspeedmust be given due
consideration with regards to economy. Goodquality constructionwill neverdeterto
projects speednorwill it be uneconomical.
In fact time consuming repairs and modification due to poorquality workgenerally delay
thejobandcauseadditionalfinancial impact on the project. Someexperts feel that housing
alternatives with low maintenance requirements may be preferred evenif at the slightly
