Worked with clients and in house creatives to create brand strategies Brand Bible and Style
Guide, to ensure accuracy and consistency of brand across promotional materials. Educated
clients on how to use brand bible as they prepared for trade shows, new product creation,

• Created yearly event with an initial budget of $50,000 and attendance of
5000 to an event four years later with a budget of $125,000 and 15,000
attendees.
• Created a robust financial plan that allowed break even in year one and
profit by year three.
• Built a dynamic management and creative team with an outstanding
cross-section of experience.
• Established startup infrastructure, including incorporation, permitting,
insurance and accounting.
