Man then is a living machine, his performance reflecting his state of nutrition; for as an automobile being run on various grades of   gasoline will exhibit different degrees of performance, so man will evince varying planes of efficiency according to the quality of his nutrition.“   Harding, Medical Evangelism, p. 88
Basic Principles of Healthy Eating Use only wholesome, natural foods.  Eat more fruits and vegetables prepared in a simple, natural, yet tasty manner. Observe simplicity.  Have a variety of foods  but no more than four at one meal. Have regularity in eating.  Have specific times for each meal and do not eat between meals.  Allow at least five hours in between meals. Masticate or chew food thoroughly.  This will enhance the flow of saliva and stimulate the release of digestive juices.
Do not overeat.  Stop eating while the appetite is still good. Combine foods properly.  Do not combine fruits and vegetables at one meal. Have a cheerful attitude at mealtimes.  Cheerfulness and other positive emotions promote good digestion. Avoid extreme temperatures in food and water. Avoid overly processed, chemicalized, denatured, devitalized foods.  Be a label reader.  Remember:  If you cannot read it, do not eat it. Avoid caffeine, soft drinks, tea and chocolate.
C leanliness  (External & Internal)  Psalms 51:7 Clean and uncontaminated foods. Clean and uncontaminated water. Internal cleansing parameters  (detoxification, colonics or massage therapy). Cleanliness in body and surrounding.
