Analyze all incoming and outgoing inventory, Fill out daily rack counts and input in a spreadsheet. Make sure we are not
missing any pipe or have too many in our yard that are not accounted for. I also take care of the DOT maintenance files for
each truck and trailer in our yard. While making sure they are maintained with the schedule to make sure we are always in
standard with federal law.

Receive calls from customers, set up there account, and job orders. Fill the job order after all the paper work is completed
which consist of calling applicants and dispatching them to the correct location. Had to be very detailed orientated while
setting up there account so our team could know what the job consist of and know exactly where the location of the job site
is. I give oral directions and hand out Google maps as a backup. Collected on the Aging report and gave reminder calls, if
they didn't receive the invoices I corrected the address on the account and faxed or emailed a copy of the invoice.
Processed ADP packets, and E-verify for every new applicant we received and reviewed the application making sure all the
information is filled out and entered them in our system (Ellis).
