Sales/Processor 
Duties include: operate telephone to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls, provide 
information to assist clients or refer them to the appropriate contacts. Operate various standard office 
machines such as personal computer, various software, fax, calculator, phone, photocopy machine, and 
shredding machine. Prepare and maintain the records by entering information on received calls or 
outbound calls. Where necessary, communicate verbally between employees regarding client’s 
information. Make outbound calls to clients and inputting data base into software.

Switchboard Operator/Float/Front Office Medical Receptionist : 
Duties include: operate telephone switchboards and consoles to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect 
telephone calls, provide information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the

software, fax, calculator, phone, photocopy machine, and shredding machine, prepare and maintain the

Duties include: serving food and drinks and accommodating every need of customers in a very friendly 
and courteous manner. Greet customers as they enter or leave the restaurant, answer questions, provide 
helpful suggestions to customers with regards to food, drinks, and overall customer service. Efficiently 
relay all food orders to the kitchen and or service bar through the POS terminal. Deliver food and drinks 
to table. Present customers the check and accept payment, make correct change or complete the 
appropriate change card system. 
Panda Express (September 2008- January 2009)

Duties include: use cash register or computer enter in the type or cost of food items being purchased by 
customers, total the amount of the bill and receive payment from customers, make change if needed for 
cash sales, pour drinks and give out silverware, napkins or condiments to customers.
