Charles Rennie Mackintosh was a Scottish architect and designer best known for his unique style that featured clean lines and geometric motifs. Some of his most notable works included the Glasgow School of Art completed from 1897-1906, a competition entry for a house for an art lover in Darmstadt in 1901, Hill House in Helensburgh from 1902-1903, and the Willow Tea Rooms in Glasgow from 1902-1904. Many of his designs focused on interiors and incorporated his signature stylized floral patterns.
