Definition?
Charisma is a certain quality of an individual personality by virtue of which he is set apart from
ordinary men and treated as endowed with supernatural, superhuman, or at least specifically
exceptional powers or qualities.

These as such are not accessible to the ordinary person, but are regarded as of divine origin or as
exemplary, and on the basis of them the individual concerned is treated as a leader.

objectives, draw out team members
and delegate work appropriately.
Tends to be highly creative and
good at solving problems in
unconventional ways.
Provides a logical eye, making
impartial judgements where required
and weighs up the team's options in a
dispassionate way.
Brings in-depth knowledge of a
key area to the team.
Most effectively used at the end of tasks
to polish and scrutinise the work for
errors, subjecting it to the highest
standards of quality control.
Needed to plan a workable
strategy and carry it out as
efficiently as possible.

Needed to focus on the team's objectives, draw out team members and delegate work appropriately. Tends to be highly creative and good at solving problems in unconventional ways. Provides a logical eye, making impartial judgements where required and weighs up the team's options in a dispassionate way. Brings in-depth knowledge of a key area to the team. Most effectively used at the end of tasks to polish and scrutinise the work for errors, subjecting it to the highest standards of quality control. Needed to plan a workable strategy and carry it out as efficiently as possible. Provides the necessary drive to ensure that the team keeps moving and does not lose focus or momentum.
