employees in activities and “Fun Zone” water slide park. Worked closely with all department managers.
Ordered/purchased all department supplies and stayed on budget.
(O.M. 2015 season) Supervised all office staff for 411 site resort. Completed season with 272 seasonal sites
secured for 2016 season. Oversaw reservation training and management, and seasonal camper lease training.
Store sales increased 15% by improving store efficiency and culture at front desk. Responsible for ordering and
sales, purchase orders, accounts payable and receivables. Handled all cancellations, site sales, site moves, guest
complaints, and employee matters. Managed activities director, and created weekly newsletter.

Grew 743 sites from poor reputation and 250 seasonals to a successful family park with 525 seasonals and huge
transient growth by implementing great customer service, and an exciting activities program. Implemented
computerized reservation system. Responsible for all aspects of seasonal accounts, including quarterly electric
meter readings and billings. Worked daily with corporate office. Ran all aspects of the camp store, including
petty cash, purchasing, billing, and receiving. Responsible for all transient, weekly and seasonal reservations,
site issues, cancellations, group bookings, cabin rentals, lodge rentals, and more. Created activities program
from scratch. Trained all office, store and activities staff.
