1. JOB DESCRIPTION –Spare Parts Manager/Entry Level PACS Support Engineer
Location: Cleveland,Ohioarea
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Thispositionhastwomajor roles:
(1) To provide on-site supportforInstallations,Upgrades,andBreak-fixactivities.
(2) To provide secondline helpdesksupporttobothfellow engineersandcustomers.The supportis
typicallyprovided overthe telephone and/orremote accesstothe site,withthe objective beingto
contact the customerand worktowards problemresolution.
The territoryisNorth Americawithonsite dutiesinthe Cleveland,Ohioarea.Serviceistypically
providedbetween8AMand5PM local time Mondayto Fridayon non-holidayweekdays,unlessthe
issue/activityorservice contractwarrants extendedsupport.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1) Provide supporttoexternal andinternal customers.
2) Obtainsclarificationof customerrequestsorproblemsandsatisfactionissues.
3) Providesonsite andremote diagnosticsupportfortechnical andenduserproblemsusingthe latest
remote
access technologies.
4) Performscomplete andaccurate entryof data inthe customerdatabase.
5) Providesapositive,cohesive companyimage whendiscussingthe company’s,products,and
management
decisions,etc.withthe internal andexternalcustomer.
6) Provide solutionstotechnical issuesandclinical problems.
7) Researchand escalate customerissuesif needed.
8) Provideson-sitesupport,asdeterminedbytheirmanager.
9) Provideson-siteactivitiesforInstallations,Upgrades
10) May performotherrelatedornon-relateddutiesasassigned.
11) Shiftworkmaybe required.
12) Scheduledon-call availabilityrequired.
13) Varyingtravel requiredas directedbymanager,(canvary from20% - 60%).
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
 Minimumof 2wo yearformal technical education.(ASEEorequivalent)4yr. Technical Degree
preferred
 Excellentcustomerservice skills.
 Abilitytoworkcohesivelyandeffectivelywithemployeesatall levelsordepartmentsof the
organizations.
 Demonstratesapassionandcommitmenttowardexceedingourcustomer’sexpectations.
 MCSE certification,Microsoft&Windowscertificationsrequiredorequivalentexperience.
 Knowledgeof WINDOWSandVMWare Operatingsystems
 Knowledgeof networkingtechnologiesandtroubleshootingmethods.
 Knowledgeof computerdatabase configurationandsetup.
 Abilitytohandle multiple simultaneousdemandsandprioritizesworkwithminimal supervision.
 FamiliaritywithMicrosoftOffice andLotusapplications.
