Manage a team of 9 computer technicians with 2200 client users. Responsible for
Windows, Mac, and ordering ticket queues. Assign all tickets to techs for resolution,
approval decision making for upgrading equipment, coordinate all user/department
moves, and ensure all appropriate approvals are obtained for requests. Also
responsible for coordinating recycling equipment, planning and executing an annual sale
of older equipment to employees at discounted prices, logging and storage of litigation
