Responsible for the maintenance of DS1/DS0 services of Enterprise customers in the USA, with a
Mean Time to repair of 4 hours.
Mainly support VZB's existing circuits designed into local carrier/ VZT's regions. From 2010-
2013 we met our MTTR objective of 4hours. In 2013 we exceeded our objective by improving
our MTTR to 3.5 Hours.

Verizon Partners Solutions:this organization combined Whole Sale Customers and Enterprise customer
under one center. Charged with the responsibility to provide enterprise Customers with same expeditious
services we already provided Whole Sale Market customers. This new concept ensured the same quality
of service for every customer in our footprint.
This center was created post September 11, 2001 to allow our customers/Competitors to have a
one stop shop and yet improve our existing Mean Time to Repair window of 5 hours. Our team
met and exceeded this MTTR each and every month. Our team delivered an MTTR of 4 hours
during this period. Responsible for the maintenance of OC12/OC3/OC1/DS3/DS1/DS0 for all
whole sale market customers and Enterprise customers as well.
Our test center became only point of contact for all maintenance service when Ethernet Services
(GiGe) was introduced to our customers – In part, due to our exceptional 4 hours MTTR.
